Quality Must Come Before Price

No matter what price you pay for your wedding cars – if they break down, your special day could be a disaster.

Remember – A cheap price strongly suggests a poor quality, poorly maintained product. Unfortunately, the highest price does not necessarily guarantee you the highest quality product either.

You pay for quality wedding cars and all of the other car places didn’t even come close to the quality and value of Classic Bridal Cars

What Do You Do?

Firstly, you should be looking for a high quality bridal car. How do you tell?

You don’t need to know anything about cars; just look at the wedding cars on offer and compare them with a new car – Would I buy these wedding cars as a new car?

  • Is the exterior paintwork and bodywork in excellent condition free from cracks, scratches, dents and rust?
  • Is the chrome polished?
  • Are the windows clean?
  • Are the tyres clean?
  • Is the interior free from splits in the upholstery, holes in the carpet?
  • Is the timberwork nicely polished?

If you can give all of these areas a high score, then you have a good chance the under the bonnet maintenance is being carried out to a similar standard. However, if some of the areas you see score poorly, imagine what is happening in the parts you don’t see under the bonnet.

No one can guarantee that your wedding car will not break down on your wedding day. Even your own car has probably let you down at some stage, whether new or old, but if you choose the wedding cars carefully you can minimise the risk of problems arising from bad management.

If you wish to contain costs, you may consider spending a little extra on a quality wedding car for the Bride and Groom and use family transport for the rest of the bridal party.

How Do My Prices Compare?

Whilst I will rarely be the cheapest on the market, I can assure you that you will always receive superb value for the dollars you pay us. However, many people are surprised at how reasonable my rates are for such a high quality product, when compared with other Bridal Car companies.

Do I Book With A Small Or Large Operator?

Some people will argue that dealing with a small operator is more personal. However, your choices will be limited, and if something goes wrong, there might not be any back up available.

Do I trust my cars to a part time hobbyist, who after all will possibly be the only supplier for my wedding day, not a full time professional?

Others will argue a larger, more established operator has more options and better back up. However, with a large fleet of wedding cars, the maintenance might not have been carried out thoroughly.

Should I book directly with the owner of the car? Be aware that some operators will book you a wedding car through another operator, who will then book the car with the owner. The potential for something to go wrong is greatly increased. Ask to view the actual wedding car that is going to turn up to your wedding. Determine who owns it, and if the booking agent is booking direct with the owner. This should minimise the chances of something going wrong.

The issue of spare cars etc is a myth, as in the event of a problem on the day, it would take many hours for them to reach you – this therefore is not a very practical solution. You cannot afford to be relying on a band-aid solution on the day, rather it is essential to avoid the injury all together, by selecting only the highest quality cars and suppliers.

After all, you aren’t holding your reception at the local take-away, you haven’t bought your dress from a flea market, you’re not relying on disposable cameras for your photographs, so why not take the same care when selecting you wedding cars?

Will My Chosen Bridal Car Turn Up On My Wedding Day?

To avoid this, ask to see a copy of the booking sheet. If a potential supplier is serious about sending you the wedding cars you have chosen, it will be booked to you (as with all other customers) by the registration number of the chosen vehicle. Avoid pencil notes on the bottom of your sheet! There have been many weddings where the chosen car has been substituted on the wedding day by other vehicles of different quality, and even totally different makes. Why is this? Generally because they haven’t been booked by registration number!

Remember, you are entitled to be delivered the product you paid for, and not a substitute, therefore you are entitled to ask for a guarantee. If you are not satisfied with their guarantee, then go elsewhere.

I GUARANTEE The Wedding Cars You Book Are The Wedding Cars You’ll Get

I guarantee you will get the wedding cars of your choice on the day. I am one of the few who book your cars by description and registration number.
